Joseph Morris Henderson was taught by his father, the acclaimed artist of the same name, Joseph Henderson. The artist also attended the Glasgow school of art and became a regular exhibitor at the major institutes across the British Isles. He favoured an Impressionist style with dappled light which he captured swiftly with confident brushwork.
