Edmund Eagles (British 1831-1889)
Edmund Eagles was a British painter who specialised in genre scenes painted to exacting standards. He grew up at Hanenfield Lodge, Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire and lived in London 1866 to 1869. Eagles travelled widely in Europe continually refining his technique. Eighteen of his paintings were exhibited at the Royal Academy of Arts in London.
